PE mill

PE mill is a series of flat grinding disc mills, widely used in the rubber and plastics industry. It is an ideal equipment for processing and grinding thermoplastic plastics. It can grind the powder processing of PE, PVC, PP and other materials.

 

Equipment composition

PE mill is mainly composed of main engine, blower, ultra-fineness analyzer, finished cyclone dust collector, bag filter and connecting air duct. In the grinding chamber of the PE mill, the grinding roller assembly is suspended on the grinding roller hanger through the cross-arm shaft, the grinding roller hanger is fixedly coupled with the main shaft and the blade holder, and the pressure spring is tightly pressed against the grinding roller bearing by the tension rod. On the outer end of the cantilever of the chamber, with the cross-arm shaft as the support point, the spring roller presses the grinding roller tightly on the inner surface of the grinding ring. When the motor rotates through the transmission device, the blade attached to the blade holder and the blade The grinding roller rotates synchronously, and the grinding roller rotates around itself while rolling on the inner surface of the grinding ring. The analyzer drives the impeller of the analyzer through the motor transmission device, and the rotation speed of the analyzer determines the fineness of the powder.

 

Working principle

The basic principle of the PE mill is to drive the cutter head by the spindle equipped with precision bearings. Under the driving of the cutter head, the movable cutter rotates at a high speed and is tangent to the fixed cutter, so that the incoming materials are strongly collided and milled into powder. Shape, through the combination of wind and water cooling, effectively control the material comminution temperature, to ensure that the quality of the pulverized material will not change, the mill is equipped with automatic feeding, automatic discharge and automatic sorting system, greatly reducing the labor intensity. The whole grinding process is completely closed, no dust leakage, and the material can be maintained only by opening the door when refueling is cleaned. The host start of MF-PM350 is started by the star triangle mode, which reduces the motor starting current.
